At Shawn Nelson Designs, we offer a wide range of services to help you transform your space. Whether you need interior decorating, organization solutions, help picking out paint colors, or staging your home for sale, our team can help make your vision a reality.
During the initial consultation (1.5 to 2 hours), we will discuss your vision for the project, expectations, budget, and style preferences. This appointment is great for DIY clients that need direction and/or to bounce ideas off an experienced professional. For clients desiring our full services from concept to completion, your consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the overall cost of the project. Following the appointment, you will receive a formal proposal including scope of work and fees.
The home staging consultation (1.5 to 2 hours*) entails a discussion on ways to get your home "show ready" to maximize your home’s selling potential. Recommendations are made for what should stay or go, room function, furniture/accessory placement, organization and decluttering, paint color selection, and more. Following the appointment, you will receive a summary of action items discussed.
During your one hour color consultation, our decorators will carefully consider the space, light and architecture to share tailored advice. We’ll discuss suggested schemes, working together to choose a palette that is unique to you. Following the appointment, you will receive written specifications listing your colors and finishes.
